At Cedar Falls Design Co., we create outdoor spaces where wood, water, and nature come together in harmony. Based in the Catskills, we specialize in custom outdoor showers, saunas, decks, pergolas, fencing, and thoughtfully built backyard structures that transform everyday spaces into private retreats.

Above all, we design and build spaces to be lived in and enjoyed. We believe time outdoors should feel effortless, restorative, and part of everyday life.

Founder Max Vazquez studied Mechanical Engineering at Fairfield University and developed an early passion for building and construction. He is currently a luxury residential and commercial MEP Engineer based in New York City, working on high-end projects across the United States.

In his engineering role, Max serves as the bridge between architects and contractors—translating design intent into practical, buildable solutions. He brings this unique blend of technical expertise and design sensibility to every project, ensuring each outdoor space is both beautifully crafted and thoughtfully engineered.
